Strategic Plan and Day Services Vision

Elmira District Community Living has refreshed their 2018-2023 Strategic Plan for one year designed to meet these Strategic Directions:

1. Enhance the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities in Elmira and area;
2. Further empower and engage the people supported by EDCL;
3. Address resource challenges; and
4. Enhance the governance capacity of the Board of Directors.
