The supports we offer are varied and include:

Who do we support?
We provide supports to individuals living independently in Woolwich, Wellesley, and Mapleton Townships as well as individuals of the broader Waterloo Region vacancies permitting. Services are available to adults 18 years of age or older with a developmental disability.
Where are our Independent Living Supports located?
We provide supports to independent individuals in their own home.
What are the benefits?
Independent Living Supports uniquely tailors to each individual and their respective needs. The person directed supports are flexible, adaptable and focus on skills building and achieving personal goals. We are able to facilitate, as well as be a member of a larger support network providing a component of support. We work in collaboration with individuals and their families towards the creation of innovative sustainable independent living options.
