The DSW Apprenticeship Program provides on-the-job training of employees who wish to pursue their education toward their DSW diploma. This “earn while you learn” program allows employees to maintain their current job status while working toward a Certificate of Apprenticeship. Apprenticeship programs receive a subsidy from the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities (MTCU), making this a very affordable means for employees to continue their education.
