Mary Jane Berry was recognized for creating a fun, positive, and engaging environment for the individuals she supports. Her strong advocacy, reliability, and extensive knowledge of EDCL programs make her a trusted and valued team member. Mary Jane’s willingness to step in when needed, combined with her kindness, energy, and sense of humor, consistently puts individuals first.
Jessica Bowman was recognized for her strong leadership, advocacy, and commitment to the men she supports at Eagle. She consistently supports both individuals and staff, encourages independence, and advocates for individual choice, even in challenging situations. Jessica’s professionalism, compassion, and dedication make her a respected leader within EDCL.
