Elmira District Community Living provides services and programs or ensures that other agencies or organizations provide services and programs which will assist people with a intellectual disability to live, be educated, work, and socialize in this community in situations which are normalizing as possible. Our endeavour is to increase the capacity of the community to receive its citizens who are intellectually challenged through the operation of facilities, public education, and the solicitation of funds.
