Complaints and Feedback Process
Elmira District Community Living (EDCL) is committed to developing and maintaining good community relations and partnerships. This commitment also inspires us to continuously look for ways to further strengthen our association. If you are in any way dissatisfied with our services or would like the opportunity to provide us with any feedback, we would like to know about it.
Any complaint or feedback expressed by a member of the public towards EDCL, its operations, the quality of service or the conduct of an employee will be documented in writing and reported to senior management.
Members of the public can express their concern, complaint or offer feedback via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org The e-mail will be forwarded to the Senior Manager that can respond to the concern. The complaint will be investigated and the Senior Manager will provide a written response once the investigation is concluded.
